Driven by a mission to “Be the Change”, Ms. Ingrid has found her passion of guiding the community to a healthier lifestyle through wellness and plant-based eating. Growing up around ranching and delicious (but not always healthy) Mexican foods, she knew first-hand the challenge it can be to swap beloved traditional meals for sustainable, better options. The solution? Maria Cruz Cuisine restaurant, where even the biggest carnivores can be turned into believers.
